Massage Policies

Payment Policy

Discount Massage Packages are available for purchase at our clinic.
Payment is required for booked treatments via EFTPOS, cash, bank transfer or online payment.

Appointment Times

Please be a little early (or arrive on time) for your full treatment and consultation time.
Whilst we allow time between appointments, if you are late, it will affect your overall time in our clinic.
All our appointments must always start and end on time.

Client Massage Policy

Clients must wear underpants for the professional massage we provide and in the sauna room.
Bathroom (shower and toilet) facilities are located onsite. It’s important to be clean for massage.
Clients will always be given privacy (without the therapist present) to undress and redress for massage and sauna.
Our therapists (and our clients) have the right to refuse treatment at any time.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your massage within 2 working business days, it will incur a cancellation fee of $44.
This is because (by law) we must roster staff in advance. Operational costs must be covered.
Time is set aside especially for you when booking. This impacts other clients missing out on massage too.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to the privacy of our clients and their data. We gather and store client information carefully. We have safeguards to prevent any data breaches, including using reputable online storage systems for our client’s data and professional massage and accounting software for our business. Our computer supplier and IT support is through Reef Information Technology, Cairns.
