My Story

Growing up with a 15m backyard pool, the youngest of three siblings, I swam daily! I loved competing, massage and travel! I missed the 2000 Olympic Trials with food poisoning. Two weeks in Brisbane’s Children’s hospital showed me that life goes on after sport ends. Health is a precious gift!

After finishing my degree in 2001, I worked as a busy studio photographer, before creating my own purpose-built professional home-business for massage and aquatics. It’s wonderful still seeing my swim school photos feature in national water safety promotions.

Over 10 years, I employed 10 staff, teaching over 700 swimmers.

Life is a big journey. My sweetest highlight is my beautiful boy Max, who makes me smile every day.

2021 I closed my swim school and shared my resources and program, teaching babies from birth.

I’ve come full circle – building a basic backyard to working every day with a busy team, finally returning to focus on family time.

I love books, DVDs and courses.

Massage is my peaceful place.
